With our Team having a BYE this week I thought it would be pretty fun if we put together a Scrimmage Game this week. I have arranged with West Lake - Johnson to hold a scrimmage game Thrusday night at 6:00 at the West Lake fields we have played games at (Vista Heights Jr. High School, 484 w. We will be having a Season Kick Off Party friday night at 6:00 at Sonic Restaurant in American Fork in the Dining Room. Come join us for free food as we gather the team together the night before our first game. Immediate family is invited. I want to thank Coach Russ Smith for giving us this opportunity as he is an owner of this Sonic Restaurant. To show your thanks to him throughout the season make sure you stop by and get lunch or dinner at his Sonic every once in a while. See you there.

Parents,

I just wanted to remind you about the weigh in tonight at 6:55 at the Legacy Center. I am not exactly sure where they will be doing the weigh ins, but you can ask the front desk when you get there. Please make sure that you have a copy of your childs birth certificate and letter from doctor showing a physical has been completed within the last 6 months. If you have not had a physical done yet doctors will be on hand to perform a physical for $20.

I also wanted to remind you that practice this week will be Tuesday - Friday 5:30 - 7:00 and on Saturday Morning 8:30 - 10:30. Starting next week (August 24th) practice will be Tuesdays - Thursdays 5:30 - 7:00 and our games will be Saturdays.

The kids are doing a great job. I appreciate you getting them to practice and all the other activities that have been going on.
